PLEASE NOTE THESE IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THERE ARE FOUR OPTIONS FOR ROOM RENTALS
1. Main Shul (max capacity 125-150 people sitting with food)

2. Kiddush Room (Max capacity is 80-90 people sitting with food)

3. Main Shul and Kiddush Room

4. Parking Lot - for meal or tent

DEPOSIT AND FEES
1. After submitting this form, someone will be in touch with you regarding deposits

2. A deposit of $500 is required to reserve your desired date on the calendar

3. This deposit serves to secure your room as well as a damage waiver. The $500 will be returned after your simcha if there are no damages.

4. A security guard fee of $180 will apply to your simcha of 3 hours. $120 will be charged for each additional hour.

5. It is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CATERER AND HIS CREW to disassemble and reassemble the room back to the way it was. If the room is not reassembled, there will be a $200 deduction from the deposit to cover the reassembly fees for BTU.

6. Cancelations will not be refunded if you cancel within 90 days of your simcha.

GOOD STANDING
Your account must be paid in full, or a payment plan established in order to proceed with room rentals. Please check your account before proceeding with this form.

FRIDAY NIGHT
The rooms for Shabbos are available on Friday night one hour after the shul starts mincha. Guests may not start using the Kiddush room until davening is completed

SHABBOS DAY
Rooms are available after the shul kiddush is completed, which is approximately 11:45 am. If a Kiddush is taking place before that, the shul kiddush will be merged with the simcha kiddush. The main shul or the kiddush room must be available for 2:30pm mincha

SUNDAY
Rentals will only be permitted after Sunday Shacharis is over. This is approximately 9:30 am until 30 minutes before zman mincha/ma'ariv time

CATERERS
Caterers must be under a hashgacha approved by Rabbi Lesser and a mashgiach must be present. Homemade food is not permitted in the shul. A list of approved caterers will be provided on request
